Looking to start a project and don't know where to start?
Give us a call! We’ll walk you through the entire process, starting with a consultation to review any plans that you have created or we can work to assemble drawings for you, as well. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured and your satisfaction is our #1 goal! We take care in treating your project and home as if it were our own and want to make sure you are comfortable from start to finish. Do you require a deposit or down payment?
Yes, depending on the size of your project, we generally as for a payment before we start. We use those funds to purchase materials needed for the job and can work with you on a phased payment plan where you pay at certain milestones where you see progress. Let us know your concerns and we’d be more than happy to work with you.
How many jobs do you take on at one time?
While many contractors line up multiple projects that overlap to stay busy, we do not take on more than 3 projects, depending on the size. We overlap projects to allow for down-time for wall texturing, stucco work, concrete and paint to dry before we can more to the next phase. We will map out our work schedule with you and it will be a part of the project plan you receive up front to manage expectations.
Can I get a copy of your insurance policy?
Absolutely. Please just request a copy and we’ll include it with your initial estimate. We will also include all of our licensing numbers for the different trades as well.
Do your projects include a site supervisor?
While we don’t take on too many projects at one time, this allows Tony Alvarado, the owner and founder, to be onsite at each project to help out and oversee quality assurance to ensure that the project is done to specification and the customers satisfaction.
